Edge Clinical Nutrition offers courses developed by a seasoned nutrition support expert. Sara is a currently practicing clinical dietitian specializing in nutrition support. Sara was selected as Colorado Dietitian of the Year, and has been nominated by the Dietitians in Nutrition Support DPG for an Excellence in Practice Award (2025). She holds a master's degree in clinical nutrition from Colorado State University, her CNSC credential, a Nutrition support Certificate from ASPEN and the American Society of Healthcare Pharmacists, and she completed the competitive Clinical Nutrition Fellowship & Online Course at Duke University in 2024.
